What is Urbanum (URBN)?
Urbanum (URBN) is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum. Its contract, 0x5Ef2cb5cbBBa2949b62c11A1F4949C799B36fDc9, was deployed on 24 March 2026 through the CreateMyToken token factory, and the token has traded against USDT on BiFinance since the same day.
A public listing profile describes Urbanum as a platform for fractional ownership of premium real estate, with each token said to represent a share in high-value properties. No issuing company, property register, custodian or audit is published with that description, the project website was not reachable on 30 September 2026, and the token contract is a standard ERC-20 with no on-chain link to any property. ReadPrices has not verified any real-estate holdings behind URBN, so that description is the project's own claim rather than an established fact.
How much URBN exists, and who holds it?
The contract reports a total supply of 852,158,936,984,123 URBN, about 852.2 trillion, which is also its maximum supply: minting is capped there. The contract's owner can pause transfers. The listing profile quotes a supply of 50 billion; that figure does not match the contract.
On 30 September 2026 there were 609 holder addresses on-chain, with more than 99.99% of the supply in the contract owner's wallet. No circulating-supply figure is published, so ReadPrices does not compute a market cap, a fully diluted valuation or a rank for URBN. Multiplying the exchange price by a supply that sits almost entirely in one wallet would not describe what the market is valuing.
