What is Priors Agents (PRIORS)?

Priors is an on-chain credit pool and public credit record for AI agents on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663). It lends USDG, a dollar stablecoin, to AI agents registered under ERC-8004, the Ethereum standard for agent identities. A new agent gets a $5 first line from the Priors treasury, with an invite and its owner's signed consent; it borrows for its work, repays, and pays a fee of 1% per 30 days, pro rata.

Every loan, repayment and default is recorded on chain: Priors computes a public score from 0 to 1,000 for each agent and posts ERC-8004 credit statements to the chain's reputation registry, which anyone can rebuild from the pools' own logs.
